      Do you charge sales tax?
      Only in CA, New York & New Jersey. You can email your Resale certificate or Tax exempt certificate & get a tax waiver.

      When will I be charged for my order?
      You will be charged for your order at the time that you place it, including for any items which are out of stock at the time of purchase.

      Will I get confirmation of my order?
      An order confirmation email is sent to you when you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order please contact us to let us know. Another email will be sent when your order has shipped to notify you with tracking information.

      Can I add something to an order I’ve already placed?
      If you’re interested in adding another item after your initial order has been placed, you can just place a new order with the items you’re looking for!

      Free Shipping: We offer free shipping inside the continental U.S. on all orders. Free shipping includes standard curbside delivery on freight items. Freight shipments will not be delivered inside. Delivery upgrades are available by contacting us after you place your order. *Some exclusions may apply.

      Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery is available for a separate charge from our freight team.

      This service includes our team safely taking the merchandise out of is packaging at the time of the delivery to ensure that your product is not damage or defective. We find this gives you absolute peace of mind, while it removes all of your liability after the delivery is completed.

      If I choose to return my order, what happens next?

      • Just send us an email at cs@stealmod.com with your request for a return! We’ll reply with your return authorization number and all the details you’ll need to return your order.

      What is your return policy?

      • We will accept returns on any item within 30 days of being delivered to you. We cannot accept a return on an item after 30 days have passed. Check your item as soon as you receive it! You have 48 hours to inspect your item(s) and notify us of any damage or defect. We cannot honor any claims of damage after 48 hours after delivery. Your returns must be in unused and like-new condition, and must be returned in original packaging. Any items returning without original packaging are subject to repacking fee. We will supply photo evidence of any item returned in damaged condition.

      How much is return shipping?

      • Shipping is free for all eligible returns! What happens if I no longer have the packaging for the item? Stealmod is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. Any order which doesn’t return in the original packaging will be subject to repackaging fee.

      What should I do if my shipment is damaged/defective?

      • If anything shows up damaged or in less-than-perfect shape, please let us know! Take some pictures of the problem areas and send them along to us at cs@stealmod.com. We’ll be glad to help you from there with any replacements or repairs you may need!

      Can I cancel an order?

      • Sure! Just notify us as soon as possible and we can cancel it for a full and immediate refund. We are unable to cancel your order if it has shipped, and we will then treat the cancellation as a return instead.

      Warranty and Installation Guide

      Warranty: 12 Month's Manufacturer Warranty.

      Warranty Terms: The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

      This limited warranty does not apply to:

      • Normal wear and tear.
      • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
      • Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cove
      • The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
      • In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture)Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
      • In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to warranty period from the time of purchase. (for solid wood furniture)
